William F. Krautter, CPA
COO/Partner

William F. (Bill) Krautter is the President of Statistical Service Corporation of Austin (STATCO), Austin, Texas’ oldest and largest commercial data processing service bureau.

He is also the principal partner of MIS Software Company, LTD a software company formed in 1986 to serve the real estate industry. MIS Software formed LeaseASP Joint Venture with Uniquest in 2002 to serve the automobile leasing industry. In June 2011 he became Co-Founder of OfferLogix, LLC to expand the technology developed in LeaseASP to serve the automobile dealer marketing and advertising industry.

He received a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) in San Marcos in 1977, with a concentration in Accounting and Computer Science. In 1981 Mr. Krautter received his Certificate in Public Accounting (CPA) and later the Certificate in Data Processing (CDP).

David Boice
Partner

David Boice is a self-made entrepreneur and financier. Throughout his career, he has owned numerous companies in the technology, real estate, marine and automotive industries. Boice co-founded two of the largest technology and consulting companies (AutoMark and CyberCar) in the automotive industry with an enterprise value of $200 million.

David was born in Columbus, Georgia to Craig and JoAnn Boice and is the product of a distinguished military family. His father, Craig H. Boice, was drafted as a private only to retire early as a 2-star Major General. General Boice served on the Joint Chiefs of Staff under both Reagan and Bush, received the prestigious National Defense Meritorious Medal, and is one of the most decorated generals in the Army’s history.

Upon General Boice’s retirement from the military, the two Boices embarked upon what would become the largest and most profitable internet company in the automotive industry.

At the early age of 22, Boice co-founded his first technology company, AutoMark. He and his partners doggedly built the company from the ground up before selling in 2000 as part of one of the largest technology transactions in the automotive industry.

Sean Wolfington

By the age of 40, Sean Wolfington built 3 technology companies that were sold to Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP and Autotrader and he produced 4 feature films. At the age of 34 Wolfington was a finalist in Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” and was named “Entrepreneur of Year” in 2010 by Haute Living magazine. Wolfington’s companies include Tier 10 Marketing, Level 5 Advertising, Team Velocity Marketing, AutoAmigo, Car-mercial, Intellacar, Call Revu, DealerAppVantage and the One Media.

Wolfington was previously an owner and chairman of the board of Vin Solutions, the 33rd fastest growing technology company on the Inc 500 list, before it was sold to Autotrader in June 2011. Before VIN, Wolfington founded two leading digital marketing companies in the automotive industry – Automark and Cyber Car (sold to Reynolds and Reynolds in 2001) and BZ Results (sold to ADP in 2006). Wolfington’s companies have worked with 15 OEMs, 76 of the top 100 dealer groups and over 5,000+ retailers in 18 countries. Beyond automotive, Wolfingtons companies helped market feature films Narnia, Blind Side, Charlottes Web, and architected the digital marketing strategy for Grammy Award-winning musician Shakira,which created the most viewed YouTube video in history (500+million views).

Wolfington’s film production company, the One Media, has produced award winning films including: “Self-Medicated”, the most award winning film of 2006 (38 awards), “The MightyMacs” and “Bella”. After winning the largest film festival in the world (Toronto), “Bella” was the #1 grossing film in it’s category & was the #1 Rated Film in 2007 by the worlds largest review site (www.RottenTomatoes.com) and the users of Yahoo, Fandango and the NY Times Readers poll.

In 2008, Wolfington received the President’s Service Award and the Legacy Award from the National Council for Adoption and in 2012 received the Tony Bennett Exploring the Arts Award.
